How it works
Finds all groups of comma-separated numbers inside [ ], ( ), or { } brackets and sorts them numerically in ascending order.
Citation ranges (e.g. 3-5) are treated as a single token and sorted by their start number. Spacing style (with or without spaces after commas) is preserved.
