How it works
Scans the document text for citation markers using the selected style (or auto-detection), collects all cited keys, and cross-checks against the reference list.
Supports numeric [1,2], author-year (Smith, 2023), and BibTeX \cite{key} formats. Numeric ranges [1-3] are expanded automatically.
